The pre-production process is the planning stage of the project.
We put a very special effort on the pre-production process, as it is a very important part of the video production. The purpose is to make the production phase free of any kind of problem.
	Brief and Meeting
	The brief and the first meetings are aimed to define the client needs and to find solution to fulfill them. Given our experience with various companies from different fields, we will definitely be able to advise and support you to create the best video matching with your demand at this stage.
	Script
	The script is both a sum up of the meeting and our first proposition to answer the client needs. We are able to show an overview of the project to the client at this stage. We will set up follow-up meetings to discuss it and improve it. If needed, we can also provide a story board.
	Quotation
	We build up a flexible quotation summing up the content of the services we will provide and their price. We usually provide multi-option quotation so that the client can choose the best video creation plan given his expectations and budget.
	Scheduling and preparation
	Then, we arrange the shooting schedule, equipment, shooting venue, and team. This process is the most time-consuming part of the project, but a very precise and detailled scheduling is the key success of the production process.
